All sales are final, if the item is indeed damaged on our end please supply photo proof via email email@example.com within 3 days of item received. The item must be in unused and same condition as when you received It. Items can not be washed, worn or altered in any way. In the case that we have accepted return via email correspondence, we will issue a return label to your associated email address with your order. Once we receive the parcel and make sure it's indeed damaged or not, what you ordered you'll be refunded in full.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If under any circumstance we have to issue a refund, we will notify you via email and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
