Missing Order/Returned to Sender

  • Missing Your Order? - LASTMINUTEFIT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
CUSTOMER(S) ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER IS ISSUED. Please double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes, shipping addresses cannot be updated once the tracking has been assigned. 
We suggest following the next steps: 
1. Call USPS customer service 1 (800) 275-8777 to inquire about the whereabouts of your package with the tracking number that has been issued to you. 
2. File Claim with USPS
3.  File police report
4. Wait for USPS investigation results.
  • RETURNED TO SENDER - We require signature on all orders. Once tracking is issued It is your responsibility to be available to retrieve your mail and/or make accommodations via USPS (release signature, hold at location, ship to alternate address) If and when it arrives back to us we will reach out to have you reconfirm the address to get it back out to you.

We would be glad to resend an order back to customers but unfortunately customers will have to cover the re shipping charges of $5 available here 

ORDERS SENT BACK AS  "UNCLAIMED", "UNABLE TO FORWARD" OR AS "RETURN TO SENDER" ARE SUBJECT TO A $5 RE-SHIPPING FEE.

Once it is paid, we will reship the item.

Shipping & Handling

All sales are final simply because we’ve made all of this information accessible to you all over the website, items purchased on PRE ORDER (in stock & ready to ship items are available here) are subject to delivery between 3-4 weeks of purchase. Having a Pre-Order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery of your ENTIRE order. To avoid the wait times we offer shopping directly from our vendor available here. 

All IN STOCK orders leave our facility in 1-2 business days (this is determined by volume) Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically. 

To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.

Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day.
Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be PROCESSED the following business day.
Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment.

Return Policy

All sales are final, we do not accept returns. I

If the item is damaged on our end please supply photo proof via email lastminutefitco@gmail.com within 3 days of item received. The item must be in unused and same condition as when you received It. Items can not be washed, worn or altered in any way. In the case that we have accepted return via email correspondence, we will issue a return label to your associated email address with your order. Once we receive the parcel and make sure it's indeed damaged or not, what you ordered you'll be refunded in full.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
If under any circumstance we have to issue a refund, we will notify you via email and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
